Open iTunes.
If you don't see the File menu, the menu bar is not visible
Click on the Menu icon and choose Show Menu Bar
Click on the File menu and choose Subscribe to Podcast...
Copy this link and paste it into the subscription dialog, then click OK.

The subscription will appear in the Podcasts library
